  • The 3 Bone Rib Roast Crate contains 1 Aged AAA or Higher Bone in Rib Roast. Impress friends and family with this show piece of a roast! The bone is left long for that wow factor when displaying to your guests. The Prime Rib roast will weigh between 9-10Lbs. We will tie it up exactly like shown on the gallery. It will come in one package. It is the same cut as the 7 Bone Prime Rib Roast except smaller.
  • Prime Dry Aged Rib We will go through our cooler and handpick one whole Prime swinging rib, then set it aside to age. You can decide how long to age it for and then we will cut it according to your needs. We can make: Ribeye Steaks Rib Steaks with Bone Tomahawks Standing Rib Roasts Each of the pieces will be cut and packed to your specifications. The starting weight of the rib is anywhere from 45-55 LBS and the current market price is $8.00LB Once the rib is aging we will wait until it is ready and send you pictures as the processes move forward, and a final timelapse of us preparing your order. We ask that you pick the meat up from our butcher shop in Toronto’s Junction if you need delivery we can arrange accordingly for a fee.   • Whole Piece of Chuck Short Ribs, they can be cut any way you'd like. Choose the thickness and style of cut. Each Piece is approximately 5-7LBs and Priced at $7.00/LB
  • A rack of beef back ribs, racks weigh about 7Lbs and are priced at 5.50LB. They can be left whole or cut.
  • 4 Pieces of Flank Steak they can be cut and packaged how you'd like. Packages are approximately 10LBS and priced at $12.00/LB
  • Whole Sirloin Tip, it can be made into steaks, roasts or stew. Typically weight 12-15LBS priced at $6.50/Lb.
  • Whole Eye of Round, great for making beef jerky, typically on the tougher end but we can also make medallions out of it. Typically a piece weighs 5-7LBS priced at 5.75LB
  • Whole AAA Top Sirloin. You can have them cut or left whole typical weight is 10-12LBS and it is priced at $8.50/LB
