  • The Shortloin is where T-Bones and Porterhouses come from. Typically weight about 25-30LBS they can be cut by desired thickness or weight. Priced at $12.00/LB
  • Whole AAA Tenderloin. You can have it cut or left whole typical weight is 6-9LBS and it is priced at $22/LB
  • Whole AAA Top Sirloin. You can have them cut or left whole typical weight is 10-12LBS and it is priced at $8.50/LB
  • A rack of beef back ribs, racks weigh about 7Lbs and are priced at 5.50LB. They can be left whole or cut.
  •   Half Beef Available for Purchase. We will go through the cooler and hand pick a AAA Side of Beef, let it hang for 14-28 days, and then deliver to your door. We custom cut it, to your specifications. You can make Steaks, Roasts, Stews and much more! Orders typically take 2-3 weeks, and require a 10% deposit. Build your package, once a deposit is made we will reach out to gather cutting instructions and schedule a delivery.   • Prime Dry Aged Rib We will go through our cooler and handpick one whole Prime swinging rib, then set it aside to age. You can decide how long to age it for and then we will cut it according to your needs. We can make: Ribeye Steaks Rib Steaks with Bone Tomahawks Standing Rib Roasts Each of the pieces will be cut and packed to your specifications. The starting weight of the rib is anywhere from 45-55 LBS and the current market price is $8.00LB Once the rib is aging we will wait until it is ready and send you pictures as the processes move forward, and a final timelapse of us preparing your order. We ask that you pick the meat up from our butcher shop in Toronto’s Junction if you need delivery we can arrange accordingly for a fee.
