Prime Dry Aged Loin

We will go through our cooler and select one whole prime loin and then set it aside to age.
The loin consists of:

Tenderloin
Striploin
Top Sirloin
Flank Meat
Picanha
Tri-Tip

Each of the pieces will be cut and packed to your specifications.

The starting weight of the loin is anywhere from 60-70 LBS and the current market price is $8.00LB

Once the loin is aging we will wait until it is ready and send you pictures as the processes move forward., and a final timelapse of us preparing your order.

We ask that you pick the meat up from our butcher shop in Toronto’s Junction.
