Expect Delivery in 2-3 weeks, you will be contacted to select a delivery date and cutting instructions.
We will go through the cooler and hand pick a AAA beef front quarter, let it hang for 14-28 days, and then deliver to your door. We custom cut it, to your specifications. You can make Steaks, Roasts, Stews and much more!
Everything will be vacuum packed and delivered fresh.
After a deposit is made we will email you a cut list with the cuts and some suggestions. It is up to you and we can cut it to your needs.
Rest of payment is due upon delivery, we will coordinate a delivery to your house.
Cuts In the front quarter
Capless Rib (20-22LBS) - Make steaks, roasts, Tomahawks
Back Ribs(6LBS) - Rack of back ribs, amazing for slow cooking or smoking-
Brisket Point (11-14LBS) - Amazing for smoking
Brisket Short Ribs (4LBS) - Cut thin also known as "Miami or Korean Style"
Boneless Clod (15-17LBS) - Make roasts, Stew, steaks
Boneless Blade (20LBS) - Great for pot roasts, stew, or blade steak
Chuck Short Ribs (6-8LBS) Leave whole or cut thin and grill.
One Front Shank- (20LBS) The beef front shank is best to be cut up and used to make wonderful bone broth.
Ground Beef (50-60LBS) Make Lean or Medium and Packed in 2LBS Vacuum Pack
