Prime Dry Aged Loin
We will go through our cooler and select one whole prime loin and then set it aside to age. The loin consists of:
Tenderloin Striploin Top Sirloin Flank Meat Picanha Tri-Tip
Each of the pieces will be cut and packed to your specifications. We will reach out to confirm how you would like it cut.
It will take about 30-40 days for your loin to be ready
The starting weight of the loin is anywhere from 60-80 LBS and the current market price is $10.99LB, there will be a $75 deposit required for us to pick and age for you.
