Expect delivery within 2-3 weeks. We'll contact you to choose a delivery date and cutting instructions.
We’ll select a premium pig, custom process it to your specifications, and deliver it fresh to your door. Choose how you want it cut—chops, roasts, ribs, ground pork, or sausage—and we’ll vacuum-pack everything to ensure freshness.
After placing a deposit, we'll email you a cut list with suggestions. You can customize the cuts to suit your needs.
Half shares weigh around 112LBS (hanging weight) and cost $3.25/LB.
The rest of the payment is due upon delivery, and we’ll coordinate the details directly with you.

- Pork Chops (8-10LBS)
- Boneless Shoulder Roast (6-8LBS)
- Pork Ribs (4-6LBS)
- Pork Belly (15-18LBS)
- Boneless Loin (7-9LBS)
- Ground Pork (10-15LBS)
- Sausages (optional, $2.75/LB, min 25LB batch)
- Bacon (optional, $55 per slab, vacuum-sealed in 1LB portions)
